Our Practice Charter

Zero tolerance

The practice operates a zero tolerance policy against any abusive or violent behavior shown towards any member of the practice team. Anyone that behaves in this way will be reported to the police and deducted from the surgery’s list.

Rights and responsibility

Please take as much responsibility as possible for your own health. Follow the advice given by your doctor and for minor illnesses seek advice on over the counter medicines from a Pharmacy. If you need to cancel an appointment please contact the reception in plenty of time. If you fail to attend your appointment on three occasions and do not inform the reception you may be taken off the Surgery’s list.

Complaints

We hope you do not have cause for complaint but if you do then details of how the complaint procedure operates is contained in a leaflet available from reception. Our Practice Manager will help you with any information or guidance you require.
